OUR STORY. Naomi's Catering started out as a home-based specialty cake and catering business. In 1985 Naomi Coleman moved into her own space and opened Naomi's Cake Castle in West Gulfport. In 1994, after 25 years of cakes and teaching cake decorating and candy-making classes she retired and passed the business to her son, Calvin, Jr.
