- About Us. Vicki Adams - Director. Vicki has been with the Meals on Wheels program for ten years. Eight of those years were with the Beaverton center. She joined the the Tigard Center in September 2016. She was a Montessori teacher for 15 years before going back to school for a gerontology degree. Vicki just celebrated 39 years of marriage.
