- The benefits are terrible, they took away 2 weeks vacation and went to 5 days. The scheduler does not know how to schedule properly so that the shifts are covered. They make rules that change for certain people and shifts. 7-3 is prized, and the other 2 shifts are pooped on. They pass out write ups like it's nothing.
